⚈ The voucher is not an entrance ticket; you have to meet with the guide at the meeting point, you will get the ticket with your guide at the Eiffel Tower and start the guided tour

⚈ The meeting point address is just right outside the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower

⚈ Your guide will be with you till the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. You will visit the summit floor (if option selected) on your own

⚈ All customers must be present when receiving the tickets

⚈ Please arrive 15 minutes before your specified time at the meeting point. In case of delay, your access is no longer guaranteed

⚈ You might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor

⚈ Please know that you can not receive your tickets in advance

⚈ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument

⚈ The Eiffel Tower wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor

⚈ There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower

⚈ It is not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), also do not bring sharp objects such as knives, pocket knives, scissors and corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, cans or anything that may explode or be otherwise dangerous

⚈ Animals aren't allowed due to hygiene rules except for guide dogs

⚈ On the rare occasions that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, no refunds or discounts will be given
