  • The museum is stroller accessible. Visitors with reduced mobility are advised to use the entrance at 129 rue de Grenelle. Most museum areas are wheelchair accessible and equipped with lifts.
  • However, the Dôme des Invalides, which houses Napoleon I’s tomb, is not accessible due to stairs inside and outside the building.
  • Please download the audio guide app to your phone before your visit, or ensure you have a stable internet connection on-site. Note: The app does not include temporary exhibitions.
  • Some items may be temporarily unavailable if loaned to other institutions.
  • Expect lines at security checkpoints, especially during peak times. Your ticket does not include skip-the-line access.

The Musee De L'Armee is definitely worth seeing. Give yourself a few hours to explore the grounds. We easily spent 4 hours here.

I found Napoleon Bonaparte's tomb impressive. The weapons museum is very interesting, but you have to go slowly and with time if you want to learn everything related to the old battles. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and couldn't enjoy it as much. So we will definitely return.

Beautiful architecture, a large collection of armor, cannons, swords and ammunition. The Acropolis where Napoleon's tomb is located is beautiful, with marble floors forming various designs.

We liked that it was a skip-the-line entry. We've bought tickets everywhere and then had to wait in long lines anyway.
