  • The museum is stroller accessible. Visitors with reduced mobility should enter via 6 Boulevard des Invalides, where designated paths are available. Most areas of the museum are wheelchair accessible and equipped with lifts.
  • However, the Dôme des Invalides, which houses Napoleon I’s tomb, is not accessible due to stairs inside and outside the building.
  • Some items may be temporarily unavailable if loaned to other institutions.
  • Expect lines at security checkpoints, especially during peak times. Your ticket does not include skip-the-line access.
  • FOR SEINE RIVER CRUISE:
  • The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. The departure point is located directly at the feet of the Eiffel Tower
  • Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.
  • There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
  • River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.
  • During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.
  • Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations.
  • All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.
  • Audio guides are available onboard in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
  • In the car park area, cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. Please retain your ticket until the end of your cruise.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the Bateaux Parisiens boats.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 Hour(s) in advance of the start date of the experience.

Army Museum was interesting- able to compare the history from our country’s lens and that seen through the French lens. Napoleon’s Tomb definitely worth the visit. Seine cruise was lovely but spoiled by the extremely cold weather.

Die Bootfahrt sowie das Armeemuseum und das Grab Napoleons sind besonders mit Kindern empfehlenswert (Eintritt für Kinder ist übrigens frei). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es im Armeemuseum kein deutschen Audio-Guides gibt.
